1. Agreement to These Terms
Welcome to Rankup Genius. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (rankupgenius.com) and the purchase of any of our services, including manual backlink packages, monthly SEO management, SEO audits, and consultations.
By accessing our website, booking a consultation, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase our services.
2. Our Services
Rankup Genius provides white-hat search engine optimization services, which may include:
- Manual backlink building packages (one-time orders)
- Monthly SEO management (audits, keyword research, on-page and technical optimization, content strategy, link building, and reporting)
- Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization (where applicable)
- SEO audits, strategy consultations, and white-label services for agencies
The exact scope, deliverables, and pricing of each service are described on the relevant service page at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to update, improve, or discontinue any service or package at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
3. Orders, Payments, and Pricing
All prices on our website are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Payment is required in full before work begins, unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers such as PayPal. By completing a payment, you also agree to the payment provider’s terms and policies. Rankup Genius does not store your card details or payment credentials.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes apply only to new orders and do not affect services already purchased.
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue is a violation of these Terms. We keep detailed delivery records for every order and will provide them as evidence in any dispute.
4. Client Responsibilities
To deliver our services effectively, we need your cooperation. As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your website, target keywords, and business at the time of ordering;
- Confirm that you own the website submitted for our services, or have full authorization from the owner;
- Do not submit websites containing illegal content, malware, or material that violates search engine policies;
- Respond to reasonable requests for information or access needed to complete the work;
- Avoid purchasing conflicting SEO services (such as automated or spammy link building from other providers) during an active engagement with us, as this can damage results.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for websites in niches we cannot support, or where the requirements conflict with search engine guidelines or applicable law. In such cases, any payment made for work not yet started will be refunded.
5. Service Delivery and Timelines
Estimated delivery times are stated on each service page or communicated at the start of a project. While we work hard to meet every deadline, delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates, and minor delays caused by outreach negotiations, publisher schedules, or circumstances beyond our control do not entitle you to a refund.
For backlink packages, every completed order includes a detailed delivery report listing the placements made. For monthly SEO clients, performance reports are delivered on the agreed monthly schedule.
6. Backlink Replacement Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our link placements. If a backlink we have built for you is removed or goes offline within 12 months of delivery, we will replace it free of charge with a placement of equal or better quality.
This guarantee applies under the following conditions:
- The link loss is reported to us at info@rankupgenius.com with the details from your delivery report;
- The loss was not caused by changes you made, such as deleting or redirecting the target page, changing your domain, or requesting removal yourself;
- Your website remains live and accessible.
This guarantee covers the placement of links only. It does not guarantee rankings, traffic, or indexing outcomes, which are controlled by search engines.
7. No Guarantee of Rankings or Results
Search engine algorithms are controlled entirely by search engines and change frequently. In line with Google’s own public guidance, no agency can honestly guarantee a specific ranking position. Rankup Genius therefore does not guarantee any particular keyword position, traffic level, indexing speed, or revenue outcome.
What we commit to is the quality and honesty of our work: manual outreach, white-hat methods, transparent reporting, and strategies aligned with search engine guidelines. Case studies and statistics on our website reflect real client outcomes but do not promise identical results for every project. Please see our Disclaimer for full details.
8. Refund and Cancellation Policy
One-Time Backlink Packages
- You may cancel and receive a full refund at any time before work on your order has started.
- Once outreach and link building have begun, refunds are issued on a pro-rata basis for the portion of work not yet completed.
- Once an order has been fully delivered and the delivery report has been sent, the order is considered complete and is no longer eligible for a refund.
Monthly SEO Services
- Monthly SEO plans have no lock-in contracts. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date, and no further payments will be charged.
- Payments already made for the current month are non-refundable once that month’s work has begun.
Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with ranking positions, traffic levels, or other outcomes that depend on search engine behavior, provided the agreed deliverables were completed as described. To request a refund or cancellation, email us at info@rankupgenius.com. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, normally within 7–10 business days.
Our promise: we would rather refund an order we cannot deliver properly than take payment for work we don’t believe in. If we ever feel your project isn’t a good fit, we will tell you honestly before you spend a dollar.
9. Revisions and Support
If any deliverable does not match what was described in your package, contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery report, and we will correct it at no cost. We respond to all support emails within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, reports, case studies, and page designs — is the property of Rankup Genius and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or republish our website content without prior written permission.
Content and reports created specifically for your project (such as delivery reports and strategy documents) become yours upon full payment. Our internal methods, processes, templates, and outreach systems remain the intellectual property of Rankup Genius.
11. White-Label and Agency Use
Marketing agencies may resell our services to their own clients using our unbranded, white-label reports. In such cases, the agency remains our direct client and is responsible for payment, communication, and compliance with these Terms. We do not contact an agency’s end clients directly.
12. Confidentiality
Any non-public information you share with us about your business, websites, or strategy is treated as confidential and is used only to deliver your services. We may reference anonymized results in our case studies and portfolio; if you prefer that your project never be referenced, even anonymously, let us know in writing, and we will honor that request.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rankup Genius, its owners, and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities — arising from your use of our website or services.
Our total liability for any claim connected to a service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rankup Genius from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third party’s rights in connection with the website you submit for our services.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate services, without refund for work already completed, if you materially breach these Terms — including submitting prohibited websites, abusive behavior toward our team, or initiating a chargeback in bad faith. You may end a monthly engagement at any time as described in Section 8.
16. Third-Party Links and Tools
Our website and reports may reference third-party websites, tools, or platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or performance of any third-party service. Your use of them is at your own discretion and subject to their own terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, industry practices, or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
